We reserve the right to remove any guest from an event or deny future RSVPs for any reason, including but not limited to violations of our code of conduct or community standards.

By providing your email address as part of an RSVP, you consent to receive email communications from A Sleepy Time Party, including event confirmations, invitations to future events, curated recommendations, and other communications related to our events and community. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by replying with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.
All guests are expected to treat fellow attendees, hosts, and venue staff with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event and from future guest lists.
By attending our events, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to risks inherent in social gatherings. A Sleepy Time Party is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained at or in connection with our events.
Events may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded and grant A Sleepy Time Party the right to use such content for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know at the event.
All content on this Platform, including design, text, and graphics, is the property of A Sleepy Time Party and may not be reproduced without permission.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
